Dr. Smith and his team are exceptionally friendly and caring. I have been a patient for 30 years. My appointments have been stress free because of the genuine kindness and quality care I always receive from everyone at the office as well as the time Dr. Smith takes to listen to any concerns.

My family had a great experience with Dr. Smith and his team. We visited from Victoria to have my son’s tongue tie assessed and treated. They explained the procedure well and made us as comfortable as possible (I’m sure every parent is nervous having work done on their baby!). The entire procedure took 5 mins from start to finish and went incredibly well. I would absolutely recommend their office to anyone in Duncan looking for a dentist or any parent

Dr. Smith and staff really show their care and attention in treating their patients’ oral health. From the moment you make that first call or attend your first visit, you will feel you are in professional experienced hands and a warm, caring atmosphere. Dr. Smith and staff are also a lot of fun!

Dr. Smith was aware of my previous anxiety with dentists…. In knowing this he was very gentle with his approach , showing me with diagrams and the instruments he would be using  checking in with me throughout. I have never experienced this kind of informed consent with a dentist. You could tell that he really cared and wanted me to feel comfortable while I was in his office. This meant the world to me.
